Bull Pen
Luxurious L-Shaped barn conversion with large open-plan living space and gated courtyard garden, sleeping up to six guests.
Come inSpread over one level, Bull Pen has a beautifully modern, spacious feel with floor-to-ceiling windows in every room letting the light flood in. Its open-plan kitchen, living and dining space allows for all variety of gatherings – cook up a storm in the kitchen or ask our concierge team to recommend a wonderful caterer so that you can completely switch-off and just enjoy the company. Painstakingly converted from an old cattle pen and given the magic touch by the fabulous Pippa Paton Design team, this barn showcases much of its original architecture from exposed, sandy-coloured Cotswold stone to ancient beams and iron girders, and features exquisite details from rustic earthenware pots atop the kitchen cabinets to old agricultural tools adorning the walls.
Bull Pen makes a former one-storey cattle stall feel positively palatial, with each light room opening out onto another, all arranged around a private central courtyard perfect for al-fresco dining. The beautiful master bedroom boasts a Superking bed and ensuite bathroom of dreams. Think exposed stone, enormous marble-effect shower area, and rolltop bath with window views. Two further bedrooms have the option of either one Superking bed or two twins, both with ensuite bathrooms (one shower, one bath). There’s even a handy utility room for muddy boots.
