Cart Shed
Impeccably styled Cotswold stone barn, carefully converted from ancient farm building to spacious retreat, sleeping up to 6 guests.
Come inIt’s not often that you can sink into a sumptuously comfortable Superking bed whilst contemplating the previous generations who have lived and worked under the same beams. The beautifully restored Cart Shed does perfect justice to its authentic rustic features, from walls of exposed honey-coloured stone and stretches of thick wooden beams to the coffee table made from a salvaged shed door. These nods to its previous life are stunningly juxtaposed with a fresh contemporary interior by Pippa Paton Design - a soothing palette of greys, whites and creams – and the utmost in comfort and relaxation, from luxurious superking bedrooms with wet room/ensuite, to a light and welcoming kitchen equipped with everything you could need for a family break or a much-needed country escape with friends.
Cart Shed lends itself to both couples and families, with its beautiful ground-floor master bedroom with Superking bed, large dressing room and luxurious en-suite bathroom. Two further bedrooms sit upstairs, both with the option of one Superking bed or two twin beds, plus en-suites (one with bath, one with shower). Get together with friends and family in the sun-drenched garden or the sumptuous dining space seating eight; cook up a storm in the fabulously-equipped kitchen; or hunker down in the cosy living space with its atmospheric log burner and a plethora of board games.
Every guest can expect the full use of a concierge service from the point of booking - booking restaurants/tickets, arranging catering or stocking the fridge; together with the following: a welcome hamper on arrival; a fully equipped high-spec kitchen; high-speed fibreoptic WiFi, Smart TV; Sonos wireless speakers; luxury linen, towels and bedding (feather or alternatives); natural botanical bathroom products; stairgate, highchair and BabyBjorn travel cot (on request); essential supplies eg. washing-up liquid, loo/kitchen roll and tea and coffee; plenty of logs for the wood burner; and secure on-site parking.
