Old Hay Barn
Large converted dutch barn, standing on its own in front of a breath-taking view of the rolling hills beyond. Old Hay Barn sleeps 8 and is both private and spacious.
Come inOld Hay Barn, standing separate from its neighbours, is positioned to absorb the very best of the Cotswold views. Following an ‘artisan industrial’ interior style, the rooms are alive with unique pieces such as beautiful hand-crafted vases, wall-hung kilims, carved wooden chests, hand-woven baskets and sinks made of olive wood. Style, comfort and space are the key focus here – this barn is ideal for those for whom an expansive view is a necessary accompaniment to their evening gin & tonic.
Guests are greeted by a spacious, glass-fronted hallway, diverging into large living spaces – a vast kitchen/dining area flowing into a formal living room with wood burner, floor to ceiling windows and a trio of soft, deep sofas. A sizeable snug room is found next door – the perfect place for those younger team members to spread out, get cosy and watch a film (after a competitive game of table tennis in the separate Games Room). A central staircase leads to a long corridor adjoining four Superking bedrooms (two of which can be made into twins). Two en-suite master bedrooms are found at either end of the corridor, one of which includes a roomy rolltop bath, for those seeking extra luxury.
Every guest can expect the full use of a concierge service from the point of booking - booking restaurants/tickets, arranging catering or stocking the fridge; together with the following: a welcome hamper on arrival; a fully equipped high-spec kitchen; high-speed fibreoptic WiFi, Smart TV; Sonos wireless speakers; luxury linen, towels and bedding (feather or alternatives); natural botanical bathroom products; stairgate, highchair and BabyBjorn travel cot (on request); essential supplies eg. washing-up liquid, loo/kitchen roll and tea and coffee; plenty of logs for the wood burner; and secure on-site parking. Up to a maximum of two dogs are welcome downstairs in the barn, for just a £50 cleaning surcharge per dog.
